Add-ons

• Breakfast: Guests receive a 30% discount on breakfast if they book it upon check-in. The regular breakfast rate will apply once the guest checks in.
• Transportation: A special rate of PHP900 net per person per way is available for guests joining the scheduled group transfer via The Lind van and speedboat. A separate rate will be charged if private land & sea transfers are availed.

Terms and Conditions

• Prior reservation is required. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• This is a room-only rate package. Breakfast and round-trip Caticlan airport transfers are not included.
• Standard room capacity is 2 adults and 2 children (11 years old and below).
• Extra person rate is PHP 1,600 NETT per person per night, exclusive of breakfast and airport transfers. The same terms and conditions apply when availing of breakfast and transportation as add-ons.
• The resort credit is non-transferable, and unused credits cannot be converted or refunded in cash. Unused credit will be forfeited upon checkout
• The resort credits do not apply to retail items or other hotel services not specified above.
• All bookings are guaranteed and final. Payments are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or shortened stay, all payments made will be forfeited.
• This promo cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or government discounts, such as VAT exemption, PWD, and Senior Citizen discounts.
• Environmental and terminal fee charges of the Local Government of Malay, Aklan, are not included. These fees are to be collected from the guests via Boracay iPass prior to arrival (www.boracayipass.ph).
