- Prior reservation is required and subject to room availability. The voucher is not valid on peak periods and blackout dates.
- A copy of the voucher should be presented upon reservation and check-in.
- Pre-payment in full is required for the additional night and extra person charges. The payment must be settled on or before the given option date.
- Extra person rate is PHP 3,327 net per person per night. This is inclusive of daily breakfast and roundtrip Caticlan airport transfers on the check-in and check-out dates.
- Purchased voucher may be transferable but not valid for resale. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-rebookable.
- This package cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or government discounts, such as VAT exemption, PWD, and Senior Citizen discounts.
- The Afternoon Tea is served at +36 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Guests must pre-arrange the date and time they wish to avail of the afternoon tea with the Reservations Team upon booking or with the Guest Experience upon arrival. On-the-day orders will require a 2-3 hour preparation.
- Any unused inclusions cannot be converted or refunded in cash. This will be forfeited if not availed during the guests’ stay.
- Environmental and terminal fee charges of the Local Government of Malay, Aklan are not included. These are to be collected from the guests.
- Incidental charges not included in the package will be settled upon check-out in cash or credit card.
