• All net rates quoted include a government tax (VAT) of 12%. Government-mandated taxes may be subject to change without prior notice.
• All net rates include accommodations, daily breakfast, and round-trip Caticlan airport transfers for two (2) adults and two (2) children (11 and below) on their check-in and checkout dates.
• Standard allowable occupancies per category are subject to change, depending on the prevailing government regulations at check-in time.
• The extra person (3rd adult) in the room shall be charged PHP3,327 net per night, inclusive of daily breakfast and round-trip Caticlan airport transfers on the day of check-in and check-out.
• Extension nights shall be booked separately using the hotel’s published or promotional nightly rates.
• Rates are exclusive of the Malay government-mandated environmental and terminal fees. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
• Incidental charges are not included in the package and shall be settled upon checkout in cash or by credit card.

• The PHP 10,000 net of credits cannot be converted into cash or paid for accommodations and other services.
• The PHP 10,000 net of credits must be consumed for food & beverage offers at the restaurants (Tartine or Crust) or The Spa Wellness Boracay treatments within the 4-day 3-night stay. Any unused credits will be forfeited after checkout.

• All bookings are guaranteed and final. Payments are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or shortened stay, all payments made are forfeited.
