• Prior reservation is required. Rooms are subject to availability upon booking request.
• Rates are net, inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Extra person rate: PHP3,327 net per person per night per room.
• Standard allowable occupancies per category are subject to change depending on the prevailing government regulations at check-in time. Our standard capacity is 2 adults and 2 children, 11 years old and below.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and government discounts such as VAT exception, PWD, and senior discounts.
• Environmental and terminal fees for the Malay, Aklan local government are not included. These are collected from the guests upon arrival at the hotel.
• Incidental charges are not included in the package and shall be settled upon check-out in cash or credit card.
• The Afternoon Tea is served at Tartine or Crust from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Guests must pre-arrange the date and time they wish to avail of this offer with the Reservations team upon booking or with the Guest Experience team upon arrival. On-the-day requests will require 2-3 hours of preparation.
• All bookings are non-refundable, but rebookable if advised at least 7 days prior to arrival date.
• New travel dates must be within 6 months from original dates and are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates.
• Rebooking will only be allowed once.
