• Rates are based on the Published Rates of the hotel.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Rates apply to double occupancy. A maximum of two (2) children, 11 years old and below, may stay for free if sharing the room with parents and use the existing bed set-up. Our maximum capacity per room is 2 adults and 2 children (11 years old and below).
• Maximum allowable occupancy per room is subject to change depending on the prevailing government guidelines.
• The third-person rate is PHP 3,050 net per person per night, including breakfast and roundtrip land and sea transfers from Caticlan on check-in and check-out dates. The extra person’s fourth night shall be charged accordingly.
• All visitors of The Lind Boracay are required to pay Environmental and Terminal fees as mandated by the Local Government of Aklan. This will be collected separately at the hotel upon check-in.
• Offer cannot be used with other promotional and government discounts such as VAT exemption, PWD, and Senior Citizen discounts.
• The guests are responsible for the costs and timely submission of government-mandated travel requirements, which may change without prior notice.
• Extension nights shall be booked separately using the hotel’s promotional nightly rates.

Cancellation Policy:

• This offer is non-refundable but may be converted to a travel fund up to six months from the original stay dates.
• Rebooking must be advised 7 days before the original check-in date.
• New stay dates are subject to availability and the hotel’s prevailing rates. Prior reservation is required.
