Terms and Conditions

• Prior reservation is required. Rooms are subject to availability upon booking request.
• Extra person rate is PHP 3,400 net per person per night. The standard capacity per room is 2 adults and 2 children (ages 11 and under).
• The nightly PHP2,026 net F&B credit is non-cumulative and may be used at Yim, Crust, Tartine, or in-room dining. The dining credits cannot be used in conjunction with other F&B promotions or discounted offers.
• The one round of The Lind Signature Cocktails for two persons can be availed at Crust.
• The Spa massage should be availed at The Spa treatment rooms; it is not available for in-room or poolside service. Operating hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Spa appointments must be pre-arranged at the Guest Experience desk upon arrival.
• This package cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or government discounts, such as VAT exemption, PWD, and Senior Citizen discounts.
• Environmental and terminal fee charges from the Local Government of Malay, Aklan, are not included. These fees are to be collected from the guests.
• Any unused inclusions cannot be converted or refunded in cash. Unused inclusions will be forfeited if not availed during the guests’ stay.
• Incidental charges are not included in the package and shall be settled upon checkout in cash or credit card.
• All bookings are guaranteed and final. Payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or a shortened stay, all payments made are forfeited.
