    Description

    The Human Resources (HR) Assistant provides support services to the HR Manager in handling Compensation and Benefits Administration.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with all Departments in the Corporate Office and the Management
    • Filing and records management
    • Prepare timekeeping of Resort-based employees for payroll
    • Attend meetings in the absence of the superior
    • Liason with Government Office

    Requirements

    • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related course
    • At least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation and Benefits. Experience in hotel industry is an advantage.
    • Good interpersonal skills, professional in conduct, service-minded
    • Must be willing to work on weekends
